Photo reprint orders must be prepaid at time of placement. All photos 1998 to present are available in color only. Ten working days should be allowed for all requests. If an article or photo is needed before 10 days, an additional rush charge of $25 will be added. Additional research fees may be charged for photo requests prior to 1993.
